Walking Group – Audubon Park

Due to the recurring heat advisories, the NOAGE Walking Group will start at 7:00PM through the end of August. We meet at the Magazine Street entrance to Audubon Park. In the event of rain or storms, the group is automatically canceled.

Please consult with your primary care physician before beginning any new fitness regimen, especially if you are not used to regular exercise.
