Jim Meadows
Executive Director
Jim Meadows, LMSW, received his B.S. in Psychology from the University of New Orleans, and his M.S.W. from Tulane University.
Originally from Greensburg, Louisiana, he has lived in New Orleans since 1996.
He has practiced as a licensed social worker in a variety of healthcare settings, and has worked extensively with older adults. He serves on the Board of Directors for the LGBT+ Archives Project of Louisiana, A Home Among Friends, and the Tulane School of Social Work Alumni Association.. He previously served on the Board of Directors for PFLAG New Orleans and Friday Night Before Mardi Gras.
As Executive Director of NOAGE, Jim is working to ensure that all LGBTQ+ residents, regardless of age, deserve the opportunity to live their best lives with the dignity and respect they deserve.
